2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or reserve a kitten from Eagle Grove Maine Coons. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Kitten Availability & Information
All kittens are subject to availability. Photos, descriptions, and timelines provided on the website or through communication are estimates and may change as kittens grow.
We make every effort to accurately represent our kittens; however, size, color, markings, temperament, and development may vary and are not guaranteed.
5. Reservations, Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to reserve a kitten or secure a place on the waitlist
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Final payment must be completed before or at the time of pickup or delivery
Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
6. Pickup, Delivery & Transfer of Ownership
Pickup or delivery arrangements will be coordinated with the buyer
Once the kitten leaves our care, ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer
We are not responsible for issues arising after transfer that are beyond our control
Shipping or third-party transport (if offered) is arranged at the buyer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Health & Veterinary Care
Kittens are provided with age-appropriate veterinary care, vaccinations, and health checks prior to leaving
Buyers are encouraged to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within a specified timeframe after pickup
Any health guarantees will be outlined separately in the sales contract
We do not guarantee against future illness, allergies, or conditions caused by environment, diet, or improper care.
8. No Guarantees on Breeding or Show Quality
Unless explicitly stated in writing, kittens are sold as pets only. We do not guarantee breeding rights, show quality, size, color changes, or temperament.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We do not accept returns of kittens
Deposits and payments are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a written agreement
If a buyer cancels, all payments made may be forfeited
10. Limitation of Liability
Eagle Grove Maine Coons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or ownership of a kitten.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the kitten.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eagle Grove Maine Coons from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your ownership, care, or handling of a kitten after transfer.
12. Privacy
